Citrus AI is not liable for any clinical decisions made based on its output.

Hence all processed data gets automatically deleted in every 24 hours, however the user/healthcare professional has the option to hold the data under their account for 15 days after which it shall be automatically deleted as well.

- Refunds may be issued in cases of system failure or service downtime exceeding 48 hours.

9. Termination & Suspension
